Our department is happy to collaborate with and provide services for faculty and graduate students in need of statistical expertise to achieve their research goals. In addition to statistical consulting services, offered free of charge during fall, winter and spring terms, the Department of Statistics is also host to the OSU Survey Research Center which provides comprehensive survey services to clients around the country.
Our statisticians can provide assistance to OSU faculty, graduate students and non-affiliated researchers. Consultants can advise on many aspects of statistical design and analysis, including but not limited to, designing a study, database management, data exploration, formulating a statistical model and determining the type of analysis that should be done.
The OSU Survey Research Center (SRC) takes consulting requests involving survey research, providing comprehensive services from proposal development to analysis and professional report writing. Working with clients in the OSU community and beyond, our staff are trained to help you determine the best survey approach based on the study objectives, population of interest and budgetary concerns.
